Changelog from our journey

We've been participating in Hackathons for the past 8 months. Here's a timeline of our journey and what have we been upto.

Hackstasy 1.0

THE DEFEAT

our revisit to the SRM Delhi NCR Campus this time with 2 new team mates and a crazy idea. couldn't make it past the first day but learned some new things.

Hackaccino 3.0

THE WAR

Absolutely beautiful campus spanning acres of land like a mini city, super smart people and a lot of fun. had a impromtu meetup with a classmate of ours, build a product to revolutionise learning.

EDU Chain Regional Hack - Delhi

THE FIRST VICTORY

we won our first hackathon that too in Web3 by getting 3rd place in the EduChain Sem 3 Regional Hackathon! This wouldn’t have been possible without the combined efforts of our team. We created a platform that lets students earn Edu tokens by working on AI/ML-related microtasks, featuring Open Campus login, wallet connections, and a smooth user interface.

HackHound 3.O

THE FINAL SHOWDOWN

Our team, Hacktastic, made it to the final round and finished in the top 10. We didn’t take the top spot, but it was a memorable experience that’ll definitely help us down the road. This included a new member Anushree Mishra. She handled the AI integration parts, while Pranay worked on the frontend, keeping everything on track. I focused on deployment and feature development, and we pulled it together pretty well.

FOSS Hack 2025

THE LONGEST ONE YET

FOSS Hack 2025 brought together students and professionals to build open source projects during an intense 36-hour hackathon. We were lucky enough to attend the Delhi NCR localhost. We had a blast working on our project, meeting fellow developers, and even won some mini-events like quiz and CTF challenges along the way!

THE MOST EXCITING ONE

This was our team's first proper interaction with the web3 ecosystem and people here were super smart courtesy of risein. We were able to learn a lot from them and even got to meet some amazing people. Building basic projects like NFT Market Place and Card game helped us in understanding the intricacies of the world.

Hack with MAIT 5.0

OUR BEST EFFORT

We made it to the final round of HackwithMAIT 5.0 silver jubilee open challenge. Here we worked on developing a photo based AI attendance management system. Our team consisted of 2 new members Mayank and Rahul, this hackathon helped us realise our shortcomings and appreciate how good our teammates were.
